Cyrus: God’s Anointed

Even people who are secular and non-religious can be used by God for God’s purposes.

It is only when we own our imperfection that we can do the will of our Father.

We can find strength to forgive if we remember God’s gifts.

God has given us real authority to make decisions in our lives, and the decisions we make heaven will not overrule.

When God places a fire in our heart, we cannot hold it in.

God sees in us a treasure that is hidden from others and perhaps even from ourselves.

When we do not know how to pray, the Spirit of God prays for us.

If we take our burden and give it to Jesus, it becomes his burden and he will help us carry it.

Jesus calls us to follow him, even over the objections of our family.

Since Christ died for us while we were sinners, we should have confidence that sin cannot separate us from God’s love.
